THE PURPOSE OF THESE ACTIVITIES IS TO PROMOTE RAPID CITY AS A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE WANT TO VISIT AND AFTER THE VISIT, A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE WANT TO LIVE AND WORK.
