Achievement First KC's mission is to prepare and motivate underrepresented minority students in elementary and middle school with the skills necessary to build on a foundation to enter college and complete a baccalaureate degree, preferably in a STEM-related field of student. Our philosophy at Achievement First KC is that our programs will nurture each student's interest and ability through emotional, social, and cognitive development. Our Vision at Achievement First KC is to develop confident and responsible students who aspire to achieve their full potential. This will be accomplished by providing a safe and supportive learning environment where all students will be prepared for post-secondary success.
