The mission of the Washington State Opportunity Scholarship (WSOS) is to transform Washington state by building pathways to high-demand jobs that strengthen our communities and economy.  As of September 1, 2024, WSOS is administered by the Washington State Opportunity Scholarship Foundation. Since 2011, WSOS has operated through other program administrators and has demonstrated statewide impact.
