History Giving Opportunities Our Mission Since our original inception in 1987 as a local chapter of the Dollars for Scholars organization through our eventual incorporation as an independent 501c3 nonprofit corporation under the name of Dragon Scholarship Fund Inc. our organization has awarded over 2200000 in scholarships to graduating Johnston seniors.
