Christians Concerned for the Community
CCC focuses on serving, assisting, and empowering the poor, elderly, and disabled in crisis. Mission: Expressing the love of God by connecting the Church to our neighbors in need. Christians Concerned for the Community focuses on empowering our neighbors who have medical disabilities, those who are seniors, and those who are going through a crisis. At no cost, we provide furniture and basic home goods, construct wheelchair ramps and other accessibility improvements for those with a medical need, and conduct home visitation for isolated neighbors. We also serve the community by referring neighbors to other aid programs available in our county. We serve a diverse population of neighbors in Alachua County, FL regardless of age, income, race, ethnicity, culture, sex, gender, marital status, religion, political affiliation, or nationality.
