Home - INPEACE Hiilei Hiilei provides educational homevisits where parents meet regularly with a Parents As Teachers certified educator to learn about early childhood development and gain the skills needed to be their childs first and best teacher. Hola Hola conducts outreach that provides families with information on the importance of early childhood education and helps them navigate systems to secure early learning opportunities for their child.
