BRINGING MEDITATION TO PEOPLE ON THE INSIDE We know every person is worthy of love and support and we bring care to people who are incarcerated through the power of our meditation classes. More than a quarter of all state prisons do not provide people with programs such as counseling awareness or drug and alcohol rehabilitation. Incarcerated people suffer greater anxiety depression feelings of isolation and substance abuse issues while incarcerated. Our meditation classes reduce their anxiety and stress and create positive outcomes.
