Grosse Pointe South Halyard Club, Inc. is organized exclusively for the purpose of receiving and administering funds for charitable, educational and scientific purposes as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including financial support for the Grosse Pointe South High School sailing program, its athletes, coaches and faculty through the purchase of equipment, materials, competition expenses and personnel.
