A Better Connecticut Institute
A Better Connecticut Institute (ABCI) will research and report on societal crises facing low income and working class Connecticut residents. The activity will be conducted by the executive director and any designated staff along with independentcollaborators. The activity will be conducted in the state of Connecticut. All of ABCI's work will be dedicated to this activity. The activity is funded completely by donations. The purpose of ABCI's work is to educate the residents of Connecticut on issues affecting their state.
