This past weekend at WellStrong! 💪🏽 💜 Our amazing Peer Mentor, John, showed his support by attending the Sharing Kindness Suicide Awareness Walk, a powerful event bringing awareness and hope to our community. 😌Meanwhile, at the studio, we hosted a truly unique experience — a Floating Sound Bath! Members enjoyed a peaceful evening of aerial yoga + sound healing, surrounded by support and serenity. 🌱And with the warmer weather rolling in, Garden Crew is getting their hands dirty and hearts full — planting the first seedlings of the season in our garden plots!
