Ways To Give Available Cats Foster Volunteer Permanent Foster Program The Permanent Foster program is for cats that have not found a home due to age or special medical needs this program is inclusive of the Senior Foster program. Since we are in a large retirement community area we get cats that are older or have developed medical needs or others that just need to be monitored. Sun Cities 4 Paws would cover medications andor other recommendations along with veterinary visits as needed or requested by our veterinarian.
