Harmony Community Cares HCC cultivates hope through the following programs harmony food pantry Food insecurity is a reality that affects many people throughout Chicago and particularly in North Lawndale. The HCC Food Pantry has been providing access to food in the community since 2006. Serving close to 200 families per week the HCC Food Pantry is committed to providing healthy food diapers and Senior Home Delivery and information about leading healthy lifestyles.
