Connecting human services to the community for a better future. Supporting our local youth and families wellbeing through educational and culturally competent social services. In 1977 a group of community leaders came together to address concerns regarding the overrepresentation of Black Indigenous and People of Color in the US criminal justice and child welfare systems in comparison to the lack of resources for employment and education available for disengaged community members. Since then ConXion a community based 501c3 nonprofit has been successfully providing education workforce youth opportunities behavioral health and other social services to community members of Santa Clara County.
