FOOD FOR LIFE NETWORK, INC. ("FOOD FOR LIFE") WAS INCORPORATED IN 1987 UNDER THE LAWS OF STATE OF FLORIDA TO PROVIDE DIRECT ASSISTANCE TO ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS AND/OR FAMILIES OF INDIVIDUALS AFFECTED BY HIV/AIDS. FOOD FOR LIFE PROVIDES MEALS AND GROCERIES AS WELL AS NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING AND EDUCATION TO ELIMINATE MALNUTRITION AND STARVATION AMONG CHILDREN AND ADULTS LIVING WITH HIV/AIDS.
