Komen San Antonio is an affiliate of the world's largest grassroots network devoted to saving lives and ending breast cancer. Funds generated at the local level stay in San Antonio. Since inception in 1997, more than $17.2 million has been invested in community nonprofits for breast cancer screening, treatment, education and research grants. The principal fundraiser, Susan G.
