Protecting the Interests of Michigans Energy Consumers Debates over Michigans energy sector affect Michiganders monthly utility bills and have massive impacts on the air they breathe and the natural beauty of their state. The Citizens Utility Board of Michigans CUB mission is to give a voice to Michigan utility customers and help to ensure that citizens of the state pay reasonable rates and also benefit from the environmental implications of investment in clean energy. Fighting for the Residential Ratepayer Since 2018 CUBs work fighting for more reasonable rates has saved Michigan ratepayers tens of millions of dollars. 84.
