Troy Aikman has harnessed the drive and dedication that formed the foundation of his Hall of Fame football career with the Dallas Cowboys in numerous successful business ventures since retiring from the game following the 2000 season. Aikman has prospered in business ranging from owning car dealerships coowning along with Roger Staubach a NASCAR team HOF Racing minority owner of the San Diego Padres and in 2022 founding EIGHT Brewing Company. The Texas launch of the EIGHT Elite Light Lager took the category by storm becoming the fastest independent launch of any beer brand in the states history and cracking the top ten growth brands of the year despite its distribution in only the state of Texas.
