Matts Legacy Lives On The Matt Buth Foundation was created in memory of DeLand High Band student Matthew Buth. We are committed to continuing his legacy of music and his reputation for helping others by promoting the musical arts raising donations through community involvement and distributing annual scholarships. Scholarships Awarded Each student received a 2500 scholarship Joshua Spraker Spruce Creek Class of 2022 Save the Date for this years Annual MBF Gala Join us on April 10 2025 from 69 pm at Venue 142 in DeLand. This is a beautiful night to come together for hors doeuvres dinner specialty cocktails an open bar jazz music a silent auction and special guest speakers all to benefit Volusia County student scholarships and suicide prevention in our community.
