Our services include Resource assistance Workshops Transportation assistance Housing assistance Healthcare advocacy Connexions Community Services was birthed from a needbased gap that became too big for one individual to manage. West Michigan is full of resources for its residents however accessing and understanding those resources can at times be challenging.
