Beneficial Sound Our Mission is Simple Bringing wellness to the mind body and soul through sound and vibration. We are a 501c3 nonprofit offering restorative Gong Meditations to help release stress and leave the listener feeling tuned and refreshed and at the height of physical and emotional wellbeing. And we bring the Gongs to you. We travel through the Pacific Northwest WA OR and CA and can visit your location for individual or group Gong meditations lessons retreats and workshops.
