1 in 7 do not know where their next meal will come from. These aren’t just statistics; they are friends, coworkers, students and neighbors in our community that are experiencing hunger. While we’d love to combat hunger entirely, we’ve started by making a difference on one important day: Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is unique because sharing food with loved ones is at the center of celebration, not expensive gifts or grand parades. While Thanksgiving evokes joy for many, it can magnify distress of those in need. We believe everyone deserves the warmth and joy of a Thanksgiving meal. That's why we gather the resources and volunteers needed to buy, package, and deliver Thanksgiving meal kits to over 10,000 individuals in need. Our goal is simple: No table goes empty on Thanksgiving.
