Together McAlister Institutes 24 programs represent a continuum of care that spans prevention and education outreach intervention outpatient treatment shortterm and longterm residential care aftercare and sober living. Careers McAlister Institute employs more than 375 people throughout San Diego County and we are always striving to recruit and retain talented diverse individuals who are interested in joining our mission to make a difference in peoples lives.
