What if one small idea could change thousands of lives. In 2020, at the height of the pandemic, our founder (@shareashley) saw how much the teenage girls in her community were struggling with isolation, anxiety, and disconnection and knew that SOMETHING had to be done. The girls needed movement, mindfulness, community, and a sense of purpose.
