The Foreign Affairs Council is the alumni network, foreign policy forum, and educational foundation of the Delta Phi Epsilon Professional Foreign Service Fraternity and Sorority. The Council is a member-supported 501(c)(3) organization. The mission of the Delta Phi Epsilon Foreign Affairs Council is to support the practice and study of foreign affairs and international business by current and future generations of diplomats, officers, scholars, and professionals.
