Katies Save
Katie’s Save is based on the principle of student-choice. It is a mission to LEGISLATIVELY implement a policy where students can opt for a personally trusted adult ‘Designated Advocate’ - outside of the university - to receive notice and provide support when they are involved in administrative conflicts on campus. Personal help if and when they need it the most. The initiative of Katie’s Save is the prevention of any future tragedies. Katie Meyer was an outstanding student athlete at Stanford University who died by suicide in March 2022.
