Mission The core of our efforts is to educate, empower and enrich the underserved community within the metropolitan Atlanta area by promoting community wide events that are centered around our mission of community development. Purpose The purpose of COAC is to establish a sense of alleviation from the challenges that certain underserved populations face daily. There is also a need to create a vast awareness of these challenges and provide the resources and tools necessary to further our efforts. Through the power of community education and empowerment, we aim to enrich the lives of others in an impactful way.
