Through its various activities, CIFC (pronounced "civic") seeks to improve the lives and living conditions of the low and moderate income people of our service areas. Simultaneously, we seek, through the professional development we pursue for all who work with us, to constantly improve all of our services and make it possible for those services to be expanded and replicated on a permanently sustianable basis.
