A 501(c)3 dedicated to helping Tipton County pets with medical, networking, and transport needs. The Mission of FOTCAS is to promote and support animal welfare and shelter efforts within Tipton County. The vision statement declares we envision an organization that: a. educates the general public and potential adopters about animal welfare, specifically relating to public health and safety of shelter pets, b. enhances the quality of life for animals by raising funds for spay and neuter initiatives and medical care as needed, c. encourages volunteer efforts to support the local government shelter

While walking dogs we were made aware that there were few funds to help with the medical care of the dogs and cats in the shelter. We decided to become a 501 c 3 so that we could change that.
