Lone Sailor Division

Building Leaders of Character through Honor, Respect, Commitment and Service in West Orange County FL The Lone Sailor Division, a unit within the USNSCC, was founded in August of 2018 in Ocoee, Florida. The Unit started off with thirteen Cadets and has grown to more than twenty-five Cadets. The Unit meets one weekend each month from August to May with Advance Trainings occurring during the summer months throughout the United States. The Cadets perform Color Guard for local events and participate in Community Service activities with local organizations. The Lone Sailor Division prides itself on developing strong youth leaders by placing them in leadership roles and serving their community. We are proud to support the American Legion Post 63, the City of Ocoee, the City of Ocoee Police Department, the Town of Windemere Police Department, Wreaths Across America, and other community service.

USNSCC Lone Sailor Division Windermere FL Our Core Values Honor Respect Commitment Service The Lone Sailor Division takes its name from the iconic symbol of the Navy Memorials mission to Honor Recognize and Celebrate the men and women of the Sea Services past present and future and to Inform the public about their service. Our military culture stresses concepts of duty service and selfsacrifice which are the foundation of good leadership. At young ages our cadets are given leadership opportunities by staffing summer training events planning unit drill sessions and teaching others. The Lone Sailor signifies the men and women who have served are serving or will serve in the Navy.
