HCFPA Resource Center Our Resource Center is committed to meeting the essential needs of foster children. We offer a wide range of items including clothing shoes and hygiene products to support families. Foster and kinship families can visit our clothing closet at various times such as when a new child arrives during seasonal changes or after their current child has outgrown their clothing.
