Our mission is to intentionally create a brighter, safer future for Alaskan children and their families. Our organization provides treatment in a community-based program as an alternative to institutional placement. We seek to teach youth, in a less restrictive environment, the vocational, social, academic, self-care and family living behavior skills to successfully return the youth to their family, or assist them to complete high school, learn to live on their own and enroll in higher education, seek trade school options, or join the military.

Home - PHH Alaska Fostering a brighter safer future for Alaskan youth Presbyterian Hospitality House or PHH provides mental and behavioral treatment in a communitybased program as an alternative to institutional or juvenile detention placement. Itx27s the largest program of its kind in the State of Alaska based on the number of youth served and licensed homes. Shaping healthy members of society one child at a time The Presbyterian Hospitality House provides an environment for youth to learn the academic social and life skills they need to be a part of a healthy community. We employ a researchbased approach that utilizes positive reinforcement and adult role models to demonstrate the necessary skills to youth creating a sense of safety and worthiness among them.
