We connect students and their families to educational opportunities. H2TF AIMS TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF STUDENTS FROM REFUGEE AND IMMIGRANT BACKGROUND COMPLETING CREDENTIALS OF VALUE. WE CONNECT STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES. WE WORK WITH STUDENTS TO DEVELOP INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATIONAL STRATEGIES. WE ILLUMINATE CHOICES AND PATHS TOWARD ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL MOBILITY. WE BELIEVE WE ARE ALL WORTHY OF MANIFESTING OUR POTENTIAL AND HAVING A POSITIVE IMPACT ON OUR COMMUNITY.
