Our goal is to inspire future and current generations to get outside more regularly whether its by going on a weekend hike or simply taking a walk around the neighborhood. We understand that in an increasingly online world its important now more than ever to inform the public about why spending time outside is so beneficial to ones physical and mental wellbeing. More time spent outdoors has been directly linked to reducing symptoms of depression reducing muscle tension lowering heart rate and much much more.
