Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce The purpose of the Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce Education Fund & Foundation 501(c)(3) is to provide financial support for educational programs that promote the post-secondary academic advancement and aspirations of students from schools in underserved communities in the GLAAACC target geographic region, with particular emphasis on those students pursuing a business oriented curriculum.
