ThePPAR.org Low Cost SpayNeuter and Vet Visit Program Our Mission Purr Project Animal Rescues goal is to enhance the welfare of animals in our community through rescue treatment spay and neuter and adoption. Through spaying and neutering and public education on ethical pet ownership we are dedicated to lowering the number of homeless animals. All the animals in our care receive a secure and supportive environment and we work hard to place them in devoted forever homes where they may flourish. Our ultimate objective is to help as many animals as possible.
