Led by Olympian Mechelle Lewis Freeman and Fitness Specialist, Jennifer Forrester. TrackGirlz is a girl’s empowerment organization helping girls reach their full potential by providing access to mentorship, education, and sport through track and field. Our programs include empowerment workshopz, a comprehensive DreamBuildHer Curriculum, educational resources, and grants that provide resources to enable participation in track and field. We want girls to understand how to embrace who they are, and how participation in track and field - a sport proven to have health, academic, and social benefits - can enable long-term mental, physical, and social well-being.
