Focused on supporting the young and emerging artists in the Winters area. The mission of the Winters Participation Gallery is to encourage and support art education, to encourage diversity in art, and to provide a safe and peaceful place to create art while promoting, recognizing and displaying the visual, oral, musical and written arts practiced in the Winters area.
