HOUSING THE HOMELESS Home Our Services Get Involved Contact Us Give Welcome More About Here at The Phelps Foundation we are driven by a single goal to do our part in making the world a better place for all. Our decision making process is informed by comprehensive empirical studies and high quality data evaluation. We strive to assist the homeless and veteran communities by providing affordable housing with a focus on individuals and families currently in shelters. The Phelps Foundation HOUSING THE HOMELESS Currently housing two families and working to grow that to eight The Belmont project contains a total of 6 units that will be rehabilitated to house homeless families within 8 months after funding.
