Our decision making process is informed by comprehensive empirical studies and high quality data evaluation. We strive to assist the homeless and veteran communities by providing affordable housing with a focus on individuals and families currently in shelters. The Phelps Foundation HOUSING THE HOMELESS Currently housing two families and working to grow that to eight The Belmont project contains a total of 6 units that will be rehabilitated to house homeless families within 8 months after funding.
