The Michael Hawkins Scholarship Fund Changing the world one scholarship at a time Our Story The Michael Hawkins Memorial Scholarship Fund a federally recognized 501c3 was established in 2022 to honor the life and memory of Michael Hawkins who was lost to a lengthy battle with Covid19 on September 26 2021. Michael was a proud graduate of Lost River JrSr High School in 2001. He joined the Army straight out of high school and served a tour of duty in Iraq. After his meritorious service to our country he attended trade school in Arizona at Universal Technical Institute as a Diesel Mechanics major.
