SMP Rise is a non-profit dedicated to supporting vulnerable populations through Workforce Development. SMP accomplishes this goal through paid vocational training programs in the film and TV industry. After completing our specialized industry training participants are eligible to obtain sustainable union positions throughout the entertainment industry. SMP Rise is committed to increasing career opportunities within the film, television, and multimedia industries, leading participants on the road to economic stability.
