HELP THE YOUTH IN THE BIG BEND REGION DEVELOP A POSITIVE VISION FOR THEIR LIVES AND CONNECT THEM TO RESOURCES THAT WILL EQUIP THEM FOR A SUCCESSFUL LIFE'S JOURNEY; RESTORATION AND PRESERVATION OF THIS RIPARIAN AREA AS WELL AS THE CONNECTED LAND WITHIN ITS WATERSHED
