We are a non-profit 501(C3) human betterment & community rehabilitation program that creates affordable safe and sustainable housing opportunities. Our mission is to address the challenge of incoming refugees from Afghanistan, Ukraine, and others locations by providing affordable housing and coordinating wrap-around social services, and at the same time fund and repair dilapidated housing, to increase housing supply and community vitality. Successful Communities also facilitates access to comprehensive services including, vocational, educational, health, behavioral health, mental health, English classes, assimilation counseling, and other services. These programs aim to optimize the independence and functional ability of families and empower individuals to maximize their chances for employment, successful assimilation, residing in quality housing, and economic, and social stability.
