Ducks Unlimited, Inc. is a U.S. nonprofit organization dedicated to the conservation of wetlands and associated habitats for waterfowl and other wildlife. History

Ducks Unlimited was established by Joseph Knapp, Robert Winthrop, E.H. Low, and a group of sportsmen who recognized the need to protect North America's waterfowl, whose populations had dramatically declined due to habitat loss during the Dust Bowl. On January 29, 1937, Ducks Unlimited was officially incorporated, with Ducks Unlimited Canada being incorporated in Winnipeg, Manitoba, on March 10, 1937. Over the years, the organization has expanded its efforts across North America and has worked with numerous partners, including governments, landowners, and other conservation groups.

Mission and Vision

The mission of Ducks Unlimited is centered on habitat conservation, aiming to preserve wetlands for future generations.
