The Physician Leadership Project Building a confident skilled and well networked community of physician leaders. For Successful Practices Cumulative Results Continuing Medical Education Accreditation Sponsored by the Oregon Medical Association for up to 30 ACCME Category 1 credits CURRICULUM Through ten evening sessions lasting approximately 2. 5 hours each and reading assignments in between sessions we will cover hard and soft skills for effective physician leadership including Finance Personal Leadership and Development Managing Physicians Performance Recruiting and Employee Management Quality and Culture of Safety Being a Good Administrative Partner With thanks to our sponsors for their commitment to physician leaders. NETWORKING Physician leadership can often feel lonely so this format will also provide a network of leaders who will learn from one another and drive collaboration of medical groups in the community.
