It's pretty simple, really. We make candy, folks buy it, and we fund outreaches. Hallelujah Outreach Ministries provides funds to various ministries they partner with such as Bridge Ministries, OneLife Africa, NOVO, and Enkai's Children to provide student scholarships and fund education.
