Cook Children's Health Plan is a local, non-profit health plan that cares about our community. We serve the following counties: Tarrant, Johnson, Denton, Parker, Hood, and Wise KNOWING THAT EVERY CHILD'S LIFE IS SACRED, OUR PROMISE IS TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF EVERY CHILD IN OUR REGION THROUGH THE PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF ILLNESS, DISEASE, AND INJURY.

Cook Children's Health Plan DSHS continues to track the measles outbreak. Measles is a very contagious virus that spreads through coughing and sneezing. The best way to protect yourself is by getting the measles vaccine MMR. If you think youve been exposed or have symptoms stay home and call a doctor before visiting a clinic.
