Friends of Cleveland Friends of Cleveland. We are parents community members teachers and administrators dedicated to supporting Grover Cleveland Elementary School. New at Cleveland FOC is SO excited to debut our most recent addition to the school. We have added a 2nd large backstop soccer net to the east side of the field and extended the west net.
