The Piehole Project is an annual pie auction that sells extravagant one-of-a-kind pies sold by notable local chefs to raise money for the restaurant and hospitality industry for grants, scholarships and continuing education. Piehole Project, now in its 4th year, has sold over 160 pies for a total of $45,000 since its debut in 2020. In its 3rd year, Piehole Project expanded to Austin and is looking forward to continuing to grow in Texas in the coming years.
