Human Values Collective
Mentoring teachers/students in social emotional learning to create loving and liberatory schools. Rooted in the universal human values of Love, Truth, Peace, Non-Violence, Right-Action, we equip teachers with the tools to examine their self destructive patterns so they can be good role models of how to be a good human being to their students. We do this by providing online classes, workshops, and local community events as well as ongoing mentorship programs. The core element is helping people realize and feel the goodness that is already in them, their human value. We are naturally forgetful and we forget to be good examples for the young people we work with. Practicing a value each week first in our private life and then with students will be a constant reminder to embody that value as an example for students.
