Access TLC Foundation
Access TLC Foundation provides financial support to low income and indigent patients and their families, to improve the quality of life at the end-of-life. In addition, the Foundation provides education to the community and continuing education to medical staff relating to hospice care. We provide support funding for caregivers, periods of respite, assistance with medication and supply costs, transportation and other services and supplies deemed necessary for end of life critical care. We also support the families with bereavement counseling, help with memorials and cremation costs,
